Description: This Neutral God is worshiped by many in the Western Region and Southern Region. His most devote followers yearn to become monks in the great monastery of Astan, in the Empire of Gull. This religion follows a slightly lawful nature, but only in the confines of the path to become a monk. Followers outside of the monastery can also be highly chaotic, but must follow the religion’s golden principles of Equality , Fairness, and most of all Moderation.
Lore: Cyrodill the Fair once walked the land during the times of the Western Colony, and was a big proponent of the separation from the East. He favored a structured life free from corruption and settled the village of Astan along the coast of Great Sea. His wisdom and ability to treat all situations with great fairness brought more and more people to the village as it slowly grew into a small city. The strain and labor from building the city eventually caught up to the man and he fell dead in one of the great squares of the city, it is where a statue of him now sits and he is buried. In fear of growing too large and his mission of moderation ultimately in danger of failing the monks started spreading the religion across the land while setting up only an institution in the city. From here on out the city never grew in size, and pilgrims are only allowed to stay a short time to preserve their beliefs
